Dr Vipula Wanigasekera ( PhD (Ca), MBA ( SL), CIM ( UK) ) is a Senior Lecturer, Edith Cowan University, Perth. Having served the private sector in Marketing, Shipping and Trading , he joined the state sector and is the former Director General – Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority & CEO Sri Lanka Convention Bureau, and former Diplomat in the Sri Lankan Foreign office.
