Our ICF-accredited Climate Coach Training Programme brings together professional coaches from around the world to learn how to apply their skills to the climate crisis. May Bartlett and Adam Lerner’s meeting in our training programme has led to a life-changing collaboration. Building on work that May did during her Masters degree and Adam’s sustainability work at Solvable, the two have teamed up to use their coaching skills to align the strategies and cultures of corporations.
Climate change coaches and Solvable are discussing how the two organizations can collaborate to take this ripple effect even further. In the meantime, we wish them all the very best as they share their collaborative efforts with the world. At the climate change coaches, we believe that systems change happens when people come together to create collaborative solutions that positively ripple outward.
