On the climate coaching action day 2021, four climate coaches teams came to discuss how to niche a coaching business in service of the plant. The webinar discussed four main sections, green career transition, connecting to nature, eating for the planet, climate entrepreneurship, and developing leader for sustainability.
Harnish Mackay focused on building a connection with nature and helping individuals in 30/the 40s to redefine the purpose of living and personal development. Megan Fraser focused on environmental entrepreneurship to develop the environment-conscious entrepreneur in the audience when building their coaching practice. Next Emily Buchanan, described her coaching practice as eating for the planet and specially focused on women to lead an active lifestyle through diet and mindfulness and mothers who are looking ahead to transition into more planet-friendly steps on behalf of family and children. The last speaker focused on green careers and sustainable leadership which ideally goes as career changes and directs individuals to be part of the solution.
The session ended with an interactive Q&A session when many audiences raised wonderful questions by the coaches and the people were satisfied with the level of presentation and guidance by the coaches.
